How do I sign up?

To sign up for an automatic subscription, select the Subscribe option on the product page, above the add to cart button. Then select your frequency for how often you'd like to receive an automatic shipment. At the checkout page, please enter your billing and shipping information, which will automatically create your online account to be able to pause and cancel at any time.

When will my order ship?

All orders ship within two business days of the transaction, so if you subscribe to an automatic shipment every 30 days, your order will ship within 2 business days after the 30th day. You can change the frequency of your subscription any time by logging in to your account and clicking manage subscriptions.

 

How can I update my subscription payment info?

To update the payment method attached to your subscription, go to the account dashboard page and click manage subscriptions. Once on the subscription dashboard, proceed to the payment settings and follow the prompts to update your payment information.

 

How is shipping handled?

All subscription orders over $75 qualify for free USPS First Class Shipping, no matter the size of the order. To upgrade your automatic shipping method, simply select an alternate method at checkout.

 

Do I receive rewards points on subscriptions?

Yes, absolutely. You earn 5% back in rewards points on every purchase you make with Halo CBD, even automatic subscriptions! Rewards points cannot be redeemed for discounts on subscription orders. To redeem your points, we suggest trying a new one-time product, or using your points to shop for gifts!
