How Do I Earn Rewards Points?

You must be logged in to your Sunset Lake CBD account. If you don’t already have one, you can create yours here (it’s a great place to earn rewards, and see all of your past orders!)
As of now, there are two ways that you can earn rewards points: 

  1. When you create an account, we’ll give you 100 points, a $10 value, for free right off the bat! 
  2. For every $1.00 you spend in our online store, you’ll earn one point to be used on a later order. That’s a 10% return on whatever you spend! 

How Do I Redeem Rewards Points?

You can redeem your Sunset Lake CBD rewards points during checkout. When you reach the cart page, you’ll be prompted with a small window that will say something like, “Use 100 Rewards Points for a $10.00 discount on this order!” [Apply Discount] Click that “Apply Discount” button and then enter the number of points that you’d like to apply to your order.

Do Rewards Points Stack With Coupons?

Sunset Lake CBD Rewards Points often stack with other promotional coupons, though some sales and deals will not be eligible for use in conjunction with rewards points.

How Much Are Rewards Points Worth?

Each reward point is worth a dime ($0.10). Redeeming 100 rewards points is equal to a $10 credit toward your order.

Sunset Lake CBD rewards points are not redeemable for any cash value.

Can I Earn Point With My Subscription?

Subscribers will earn rewards points with their recurring orders. 

 

That said, rewards points cannot be applied to automatic recurring orders due to their automated nature. As of right now, rewards points can only be applied to one-time purchases.

How Many Rewards Points Can I Use Per Transaction?

There is no minimum threshold for redeeming rewards points, but you may only redeem a total of 500 points (a $50 value) during one transaction.

Do Sunset Lake CBD Rewards Points Expire?

Sunset Lake CBD rewards points expire six months after they’ve been earned. Don’t wait too long to use yours. 

Sunset Lake CBD will not credit your account for any expired points.

Can I Get Rewards Points For Previous Purchases?

Rewards points will not be retroactively applied to your account for previous purchases, or purchases made while you are logged out.
