Halo CBD ships orders primarily through USPS, anywhere in the United States. All orders for ready-to-ship products are shipped within 2-3 business days. Most orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Orders containing made-to-order products (print on demand shirts, custom rolling trays, etc.) may require additional processing time for printing and material treatment. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays.

Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.

Halo CBD offers free USPS Priority shipping on orders $69.99+. All orders under $69.99 will pay a flat rate of $5.95. Free shipping is offered when the subtotal is over $69.99 – this does not include taxes or discounts

IS Halo CBD ABLE TO SHIP TO ALL 50 STATES?

Halo CBD can ship to all 50 states using USPS, including PO Boxes

CAN Halo CBD SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

Halo CBD can ship to all U.S. territories using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are free for all orders over $69.99 before taxes and discounts, and a flat rate of $5.95 for all orders under $69.99

CAN HALO CBD SHIP TO MILITARY BASES?

HALO CBD can ship to APO/FPO bases using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are free for all orders over $69.99 before taxes and discounts, and a flat rate of $5.95 for all orders under $69.99

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please contact our customer service at customerservice@halocbd.net to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped. If the order is still processing, we can update the shipping address. Once the order ships, we are unable to update the address

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your order confirmation will include a serial order number; you can use this number to track your order through USPS Tracking

CAN MY ORDER SHIP THROUGH THE WEEKEND?

FedEx will only deliver on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays. USPS Priority Mail also only delivers on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays

HOW SOON CAN HALO CBD SHIP MY ORDER?

Most orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days.

WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY HALO CBD ORDER?

Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can reach our customer service at customerservice@halocbd.net.

 

Returns

We’re sure you’re going to love using our products, but if you’re not happy for any reason, you may return the unused portion of the product for refund within 7 days of your receipt of the product. To request a refund or return for any reason, first contact us directly at customerservice@halocbd.net with the order number and reason for the request. All refunds/exchanges must be reviewed and approved before any products are returned or refunds issued.  We offer refunds or replacements for orders with damaged, missing, or incorrect products. To receive a refund or replacement for the above scenarios, please be prepared to provide images of the products/packaging. Certain items may be subject to a restocking fee or non-refundable.

HOW MUCH TIME WILL I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN CLAIM?

You have 30 days from your purchase date to make a return request.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY HALO CBD ORDER?

Simply contact our customer service team to receive a USPS return label.

 

WHERE CAN I TAKE MY HALO CBD ORDER TO BE RETURNED?

If you’ve received a return label from us, you can take your HALO CBD order to your nearest USPS or FedEx shipping location. If you purchased a HALO CBD product from a retail location, please follow the store’s return policy.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

It may take up to 3 to 5 business days – depending on your bank – for you to receive your refund once it’s been processed.

 

HOW IS MY REFUND ISSUED BACK?

Your refund is sent through your original form of payment.
