Our 1,200mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil + Melatonin is a perfect addition to any nighttime routine. We’ve even made it mint flavored just in case you forget to take it before you brush your teeth!

One bottle of this tincture contains 1,200mg of full-spectrum CBD extracted from hemp we grew on our northern Vermont farm and 90mg of melatonin, a generally accepted-as-safe sleep aid.

We recommend starting with 0.5mL, roughly half of the dropper full, of oil. This will contain 20mg of CBD and 1.5mg of melatonin. When you know how this dosage affects you (after two weeks of use) adjust your dosage as necessary.

Suggested Use:

How to use:

Fast: Fill the dropper to your desired dosage and dispense the oil under your tongue. Rest your tongue on top to increase the surface area in contact with the oil. Count to 20 and swallow. 

Est. time to effect 20 - 30 minutes.

Gradual: Fill the dropper to your desired dosage and dispense the oil into your favorite nighttime beverage like sleepytime tea or hot chocolate. Drink the beverage as you would normally.

Est. time to effect: 60 - 90 minutes

When to use:

Take your preferred dose at least one hour before your desired bedtime. The CBD and melatonin will need time to enter your bloodstream and have an effect.

We do not recommend taking it before operating heavy machinery.

CBD can affect people differently based on unique conditions like body size and previous cannabis use.

Storage Directions

To maintain freshness, keep your 1,200mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil Tincture + Melatonin in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. A medicine cabinet or your nightstand drawer is an ideal place for your tincture. Excessive heat and exposure to sunlight can degrade the CBD in your CBD oil tincture. Refrigeration is not recommended for bottles currently in use.

When properly stored, your CBD oil tincture will maintain its potency for up to 18 months.

Is this CBD Oil the same as hemp oil?

Hemp oil and CBD oil are not the same things. Hemp oil, sometimes called hempseed oil is cold-pressed cooking oil that does not contain any substantial amount of CBD. It is possible to find CBD blended into hemp oil though. Be sure to look for and ask for certificates of analysis for verification.

Will this CBD Oil show up on a drug test?

Our 1,200mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil Tincture contains trace amounts of THC. If you are concerned about random workplace screenings or know that you will be subject to a drug screening in the next few months, we recommend another product to you. Is CBD Oil Legal?

Our 1,200mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil Tincture is a legal product as far as the State of Vermont and the U.S. Government are concerned. Your state may have local laws that are more restrictive regarding CBD oil, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t order CBD from Sunset Lake CBD and have it shipped directly (and discreetly) to your door.

Is Melatonin Safe?

Your body produces its own melatonin naturally. But that doesn’t mean you should throw caution to the wind while using melatonin supplements.

Avoid using products with melatonin if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have an autoimmune disorder, or seizure disorder. Melatonin supplements have been known to raise blood sugar levels and increase blood pressure in people who take some hypertension medications.
