Our CBD Extra Strength Muscle Rub is made with premium ingredients like arnica-infused sunflower oil, organic beeswax, organic shea butter, organic coconut oil, and full-spectrum CBD oil straight from our Northern Vermont farm. Our Extra Strength Muscle Rub is also infused with menthol for cooling relief, camphor oil for skin irritation, and lidocaine for pain management.

This Extra Strength Muscle Rub is a great and effective choice for folks who want to experience the benefits of topical application. Unlike CBD oil which must be metabolized first, this CBD-infused rub can be applied for near-instant local relief.

Please note that this product contains Lidocaine, a topical anesthetic, and should not be applied near sensitive areas. Do not use this product more than eight times in a 12-hour period. Keep away from eyes and children.

How To Use Extra Strength Muscle Rub

For best results, scoop a quarter-sized dab of rub out of the jar and apply it to the affected/ sore areas. Massage the rub into your skin in small, circular motions until it is fully absorbed into your skin. If your rub is cold, we suggest allowing it to warm up to room temperature first. Apply more and as often as needed.

When To Use Extra Strength Muscle Rub

Apply Extra Strength Muscle Rub as needed. Don’t use more than 8 tablespoons worth of this product in a 24-hour period. Doing so may lead to skin irritation. Wash hands after use. 

You may also preemptively apply Extra Strength Muscle Rub before strenuous activity to prevent muscle tightness. We also recommend stretching as your normally would in conjunction with this rub.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Store your Extra Strength Muscle Rub in a dry place out of direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not needed, nor is it necessary for the shelf life of your product. Provided that your store the jar out of direct sunlight, it should retain its effectiveness for up to 12 months after the purchase date.

Full-Spectrum CBD Extract Infused Into Organic Coconut Oil

We use the essential oil extracted from our Vermont-grown hemp plants and infused it into organic MCT oil. By infusing it first into liquid oil, we can ensure that the CBD is distributed equally for consistent application.

Organic Beeswax

The base of any good salve is beeswax. Beeswax helps form a protective barrier on the skin’s surface while also allowing the pores to breathe freely. Beeswax is also believed to enhance skin elasticity and help reduce the signs of aging.

Organic Shea Butter

Shea butter is a fat extracted from Shea Tree nuts. Its high concentration of vitamins and fatty acids makes shea butter great for smoothing, soothing, and softening your skin. It also helps protect your skin from harmful UV radiation.

Arnica-infused Sunflower Oil

Arnica is an herb that grows both in Europe and the United States. For centuries, arnica has been used to soothe muscle aches, reduce inflammation, and heal wounds. Recent studies suggest that arnica may help with inflammation from bug bites, swelling around broken bones, and may be helpful in burn treatment.

Organic Jojoba Oil

Surprise! Jojoba oil is a wax. Due to its chemical makeup, jojoba is constantly in a liquid state. As a result of the increased wax esters in jojoba, it very closely resembles sebum (the oily, waxy substance produced by your skin.) Thus the jojoba oil allows for our hemp salve to be more easily absorbed into the skin.

Camphor Oil

Camphor oil’s anti-inflammatory properties make it a popular ingredient in many vapor rubs and balms. It can also be used topically to help relieve pain, calm irritation, and itching. Camphor oil is also quite popular in aromatherapy to help relieve respiratory congestion.

Lidocaine

Lidocaine can be used topically to relieve pain and itching caused by minor burns, scratches, and inflammation. Lidocaine belongs to the family of medicines called local anesthetics and can prevent pain by blocking signals at the nerve endings in the skin.

Our CBD’s Extra Strength Muscle Rub contains a total delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration that does not exceed 0.3% on a dry-weight basis.
